Abstract

The development of financial technology has transformed public offerings through Securities Crowdfunding (SCF) and digital prospectuses. These innovations improve access to funding but also pose legal risks, particularly regarding misleading information. This study aims to analyze legal protections for investors and identify weaknesses in existing regulations. Using a normative juridical method, it examines regulations such as POJK No. 57/POJK.04/2020 and Law No. 4 of 2023. The findings highlight the need to strengthen supervision, verify information, and enhance public education. Adaptive regulations and technological oversight are essential to create a secure, transparent, and sustainable technology-based public offering ecosystem.
